I Know, I know…

I’m the worst. Posting the blog was on my to do list everyday…and then it became like the friend you’re supposed to call forget about…then you don’t call because it’s been too long…which makes it even longer and more awkward ;)

I AM still doing the MMO, I’m just up to my ears in ghostwriting. I ran a WSO (warrior special offer on the Warrior Forum) and got some GREAT new clients. I’m having a blast. Plus, I just bought a product called “Omnifocus” (it’s just for Mac…) and it’s really helping me with my scheduling, I highly recommend it.

I promise to post more results from Mission, Make Money Online, but first I need a favor from you all.

I’m starting a new membership site for new moms and I’m really excited about it :) I need you to answer the brief questions on this survey (I added a pop-up, which you might have noticed and got annoyed about…hey! I’ve never done one before)

If you do then you’ll get free lifetime membership.

Here is the link in case you closed the popup out of anger:

Alright guys, thanks for taking the survey! I’ll be posting much, much more this week. I’ll put it down on my OmniFocus ;)

Do You Keep a Schedule?

April 12th, 2008 by admin
Respond

I am still here :)

I’m still following through with my Kevin Riley Mission.  One of the videos  talks about the importance of having a schedule.  If you remember back to some of my original posts you’ll notice that scheduling is one of my big problems.  It’s hard to schedule yourself when you have an 8 month old.  BUT that doesn’t mean it can’t be done.  And you (and I) are fooling ourselves if we think that you can run an online business without maintaining a schedule.

Keven Riley has “kicked my butt” once again.  I have a wacky schedule…work a little here…work a little there…browse a some forums there…check my e-mail (X 25)…

It’s bad news.  And I can see how it is limiting my profits.  If you want to have a great online business you need to have a schedule.

I’m really enjoying my Mission, let’s hope that I can keep to my schedule to see it pay off ;)

Mission Make Money Online: Dossier 1-Video 4

I forgot to mention in some of my previous posts that I really like the worksheets Kevin gives us to fill out along the way. When I was a teacher I always learned that active learning is the way to go. In order for the information to stick you have to actually “do” it. So, that’s another thing I like about this mission. I really think my results will be positively impacted because of the clear worksheets he gives you.

As for video 4, this goes along with the steps you need to take to make sure you succeed with your goal. How many of you have set a goal and never achieved it? I’m willing to bet that that description fits every single person out there. Well, I enjoy Kevin’s steps that help ensure you don’t fail on your goals. This is essential in Internet Marketing where there is a new opportunity out there every single day.

I mean, we just saw that with Jeff Walker’s product launch formula. I’ll be a lot of people were tempted to bust out their credit cards, I mean, what a tempting offer! MMMO gives you the power to avoid being sucked into the vortex…always buying and never doing.

Boy am I looking forward to that!

Mission Make Money Online: Dossier 1-Video 3

The third video was very helpful for me to get a wrap around the goals I have for my Internet Marketing.  It’s true, you really can’t get anywhere without a business plan.  If you don’t have one you’ll be spinning your wheels like I did for a while.  Having a goal is important as well.  This can’t be just any goal, and Kevin teaches you how to get one that will really generate results…the exact results you want.

I took some time to develop mine, and I can’t wait to meet or even exceed it!

It’s like they say “ready, fire, aim” doesn’t get results, you’ve got to aim before you fire.

How are your goals looking?

Mission Make Money Online: Dossier 1-Video 2

The second video takes you step-by-step on how to design your ideal lifestyle.  It goes well with the last video-that you really can have everything you want in life.  Imagine…having what you want.  Sure, it will take some hard work to get to that point.  But think about it, we are in a unique position in this day and age.  You can almost literally create money out of thin air online and get everything you need out of life.

I feel truly blessed to be able to earn a full time income from home…truly blessed.  This video reiterated that for me.  I already earn enough to match (and often exceed) what I was making as a full time teacher, and now I have a great feeling that Mission: Make Money Online will take that to the next level.

I’m deeply inspired and that’s what I needed.  Join Me?

Mission Make Money Online: Dossier 1-Video 1

This was a cool video because it motivates you to think about making the jump from novice marketer to experienced marketer. It also makes you think about what you really want and need to get out of your online business. They say you can’t always get what you want, but I’m starting to think you can with this mission. There were no assignments for this one, just a lead in to the second video.

My impression so far on this mission is that Kevin comes across as a guy who really does want to help. He is authoritative in the video- in a good way. If there is anything that Internet Marketers need sometimes it’s a good kick in the rear end.

I can’t wait for the next one!

My Excuses for Not Posting ;)

March 29th, 2008 by admin
Respond

Well, as you can see I did NOT follow through and post like I said I would.  My excuse?  I got sidetracked.  That’s right ladies and gentlemen, I got sidetracked as I do with most things in my business.

Well, it ends now.

I will be posting each day from here on out about my Mission: Make Money Online progress.  In fact, much of what I’ve been watching from the videos is giving me a real kick in the pants to get me motivated.  I did get sidetracked, but I’m fully confident that it won’t happen again for this mission.

Keep reading, this should get interesting…

Mission MMO: Briefing Day Two

March 22nd, 2008 by admin
Respond

The second free video from Kevin Riley’s Mission: Make Money online talks about how well information products sell. He shows examples of real people who are selling information products to earn a living from home.

Again, this video was highly inspirational.  If you don’t come away from this video feeling inspired I don’t know what will get you there.  What I liked best about the video was that it got my juices flowing as to what kind of product I want to create for MMMO.

Again, you should check out this free video and the one from yesterday, because they are killer.

You’ll learn: :)  Whether or not it’s best to pick your passion

:)  Why Competition is a GOOD thing

:)  How you’ll actually be helping people by selling them stuff

I can’t wait to dive into my paid lessons tomorrow!  I love how Kevin teaches…it’s so to the point and clear, with great examples.

Now, I won’t be able to go into much detail with my day to day paid Mission MMO postings (because that would be illegal ;) ) But what I can do is update you on my progress and thoughts along the way.

Here is the link in case you missed it

Mission MMO- Can Anyone Make Money Online?

March 21st, 2008 by admin
Respond

Before you even sign up and pay for Kevin Riley’s Mission, Make Money Online you are granted access to two free “Briefing Missions”. I didn’t learn anything new with this first briefing, but WOW, was it inspiring. Sometimes it helps to hear things again so they sink in.

There are real time examples of people who are making money online. It’s also a dose of reality about buying program after program to make money. I love Kevin’s straightforward style.

I can tell that I’ll be building a REAL online business with Kevin’s method. He also talks about the step by step plan I’ll be following along the way. Another dose of reality-Kevin outlines common mistakes people make.

All I can say is, download these free videos- the first one is well worth it. I’ll review the second free video tomorrow.

Follow Me Day By Day-Mission: Make Money Online

March 20th, 2008 by admin
Respond

I’ve been thinking of ways that I can boost my own business, maintain my focus, and help other people out at the same time.  I’ve recently taken part in testing a product for Dr. Mani and part of the process was being held accountable by posting at a daily blog where everyone could see your progress- or lack thereof.

I finished the process with very little “slacking” so it seems that this type of thing works well for me.  I implement a system and feel like I have to do it because others are counting on my results.

So, I thought it would be neat for me to do that on this blog as well.

If you’ve been here, there and everywhere with trying to make money online you’ve probably seen people trying to bombard you with this or that opportunity.  It’s time to put them to the test!

For this little “case study” I’m going to put Kevin Riley’s Mission:Make Money Online in the spotlight.  This is a six month course that offers a complete, step by step way for you to make money online.  So, join me for the next six months to test this out!

The sales page claims:

  • Just 1-2 hours a day — that’s all you need to commit.
  • Just 1-2 hours a day — taking one step at a time.
  • Just 1-2 hours a day — and in 6 months you will have built a fantastic, successful, money-making online business.”

I think it will be fun, and I’ll try to update you day by day as I complete my assignments.

That’s part of why I chose this course- it’s comprehensive enough for new people and really does give assignments and follow up activities.

So, let’s put Kevin Riley to the test!

Here is the sales page if you want to check it out, maybe you can join in with me and post your results here in the comments section!
