I am so excited! I’m currently making my first site to flip. I am writing articles for it, as well as including an ebook. My goal? I hope to get $500 for it so wish me luck! It’s definitely not completed yet, but when it is I will list it for auction at Sitepoint.
There are sites that have just PLR content on them that go for around that amount, so that will be my buy it now. If any of my readers are interested in buying a site with full rights to an ebook, original articles, and a complete money making Turkey site let me know 
It’s currently 2:30 am and I need some sleep, lol.

I’m a member of a siteflip membership site, so I have a good idea of what to do but I’m nervous!
We just bought an organic mattress that cost a pretty penny, lol. My hubby would LOVE for me to earn back that money…
Really enjoy reading your site. I’m putting together some articles at the moment to market so we’ll see how that goes. I aspire to making an onine income too - I’m a stay at home, homeschooling mum and would love to contribute more to the family income.

I have heard of people having great luck with flipping websites. I’m sure you will have great success. The ebook alone would be a great value.
Thanks Charissa! I’m not as far along as I want to be…but I’ll get there! Tomorrow we have to finish unpacking (again…that’s the bad part about living in your in-laws previously…we never got all of our stuff until today! A two month process).
Anyway, we’ll finish unpacking and then I want to finish this site to flip
